白芥平喘凝胶膏剂毒性试验研究

摘要

Objective:To study the toxicity of Baijie pingchuan Cataplasm. Methods:According to the 《new Chinese medicine re-search guide》,establish high-and low-dose groups, paste stickers on the test rats skin with no hair, observing the toxicity in rats and comparing with the control group.Results:During the test no rats died, long-term toxicity was observed that some local skin irritation in rats, no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion:Baijie pingchuan Cataplasm ointment is safe and non-toxic. Long-term toxicity.%目的：研究新制剂白芥平喘凝胶膏剂的毒性反应。方法：依据《中药新药研究指南》设立高低剂量组，将膏剂贴于试验大鼠的去毛皮肤，观察大鼠的毒性反应，并与空白对照组进行比较。结果：试验期间未见大鼠死亡，长期毒性试验中观察到部分大鼠出现局部皮肤红肿，其他与对照组相比未见显著性差异。结论：白芥平喘凝胶膏剂安全无毒性。
