康宁克通鼻腔局部注射配合微波治疗常年性变应性鼻炎105例临床观察

摘要

Objective：To find out an effective method to perennnial anergic rhiniti．Method：Injecting KNKT（kangning ketong）into lower concha and agger masimucosa，in the mean while，using microwave，And then followed a year.Result：The marked effective rate is 83.8％（88cases）improved.rate is 13.3％（14cases），none effective rate is 29%(cases)． Conclusion：Its the best way to trea tallergic rhinitis with KNKT and microwave.%目的：探讨治疗常年性变应性鼻炎有效。方法：康宁克通注射下鼻甲及鼻丘粘膜，并用微波治疗鼻丘及下鼻甲，随访一年，部份病人重复治疗一次。结果：近期显效88例（83.8％），有效14例（13.3％），无效3例（2.9％）。结论：康宁克通鼻腔局部注射配合微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,操作简单、安全，是治疗常年性变应性鼻炎较好方法。
