GUIDE OF A NEEDLE LOCALLY INJECTING ANAESTHETICS FOR USE OF STEREOTACTIC HEADFRAMES

The invention relates to a guide of needle locally injecting anaesthetics when a stereotactic frame should be used. Said stereotactic guide is composed of the cylinder 1 the diameter of which is pre-estimated to adjoin the threaded part of the stereotactic frame, the cylinder's section of maximum diameter being encountered at the rear half part of the guide; lengthwise the transversal shaft of the guide, there is the hole 2 wherethrough the needle is passing to inject the anaesthetics just at the point where the screw gets in contact with the skin. The advantage of the invention is the accurate guiding of the needle injecting anaesthetics directly to the contact point of the screw with the skin and the cranium. Upon proper re-adjustment ofthe diameter of the guide, this last may be employed in known stereotactic systems.
