三销轴叉用感应器的设计及工艺优化

摘要

引入标准化设计理念，设计了三销轴叉的仿形感应器。将同一类型的感应器部件系列化，可以缩短制造周期，便于批量生产及维护。该类型的感应器适用范围广泛，耐用，互换性好。分析了感应淬火工艺对三销轴叉显微组织的影响。最终三销轴叉的硬化层组织符合要求。%Contour inductor intended for TULIP was designed by quoting a standardizing concept .Seriation of the comparable inductors may shorten their manufacturing period and be easy to be batch manufactured and maintained.The inductors so designed and manufactured can be extensively used , are durable and have good interchangeability .The effect of induction hardening process on the microstructure of the TULIP was analyzed . Finally, the case microstructure of the TULIP conforms with the requirement .
