阴道前壁组织中TGF-β1的表达与SUI的关联性研究

摘要

目的：探讨阴道前壁组织中TGF-β1的表达与SUI的关联性研究。方法：采用免疫组化方法，测定30例压力性尿失禁患者(SUI组)，并选择同期20例妇科良性病变而行子宫切除术者作为对照(对照组)，于手术中取患者阴道前壁，采用免疫组织化学方法观察TGF-β1的表达。结果：TGF-β1在SUI组着色低、分布稀疏，表达均低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论：TGF-β1可能通过减少Ⅲ型胶原的合成而导致SUI的发生。%Objective To investigate the relationship between TGF-β1 and stress urinary incontinence. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used, selecting 30 cases of stress urinary incontinence (SUI group) and 20 cases of benign gynecological disease and hysterectomy as control (control group) in the same period. The anterior vaginal wall of patients were taken in the process of surgery and subject to the observation of TGF-β1 expression. Results: TGF-β1 expression in SUI group is low and sparse,were lower than the normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:TGF-β1 cause SUI possibly by reducing the synthesis of CollagenⅢ.
