中枢系统血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤一例病理分析

Obijictive To know clmicopathological characteristics, therapy prognosis of intravasclar large B-cell lymphoma in ccntrum system Methods The data of clinical information, palbology characteristics investigatcd by histology and immunohistochemical staining in a intravscular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system was analyzed, and the relative documents were reviewed, Results The pathology characteristics was tumor cell accumulating small blood vsssel and capillary vessel inner. or arounding Abnormity cell is immunohistochemically stained.CD20 and CD79 α were positive expressing, CD3 and CD45RO were negative expressing. Conclusion Intravcular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system's prognosis is wert errand. but prognosis can be improved by increasing diagnosis tevel or early diagnosis and treatment.%目的 了解中枢系统血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床特点、病理特征和治疗以及预后情况.方法 总结我科1例确诊病例,对患者的临床表现及病理特征进行观察,对手术病理标本进行组织学和免疫组化观察并结合文献进行分析.结果 其病理学特征是肿瘤细胞积聚于小血管内、血管周围间隙和毛细血管内,免疫标记脑组织毛细血管内异型细胞,CD20、CD79a表达阳性,CD3、CD45RO表达阴性.结论 脑组织内血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤预后一般较差,但可通过活检做出诊断,做到早期诊断,及时治疗,可改善预后争取较好的转归.
