辅酶Q10与癌症治疗相关研究进展

             

摘要

Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)is an organic compound which is synthesized endogenously by the human body and plays a critical part in the electron transport of the mitochondrial respiratory chain.It also has extracellular oxi-dative and antioxidant effects.CoQ10 levels are altered in a number of oncological as well as non-oncological diseases, and CoQ10 has an impact on the expression of many genes involved in metabolism,cellular transport,transcription con-trol, and cell signaling, making CoQ10 a potent gene regulatory target. Decreased levels of CoQ10 have been found in plasma of human with some cancer,and some researcher found that CoQ10 can decreased cytokines plasma levels and re-duced cancer biomarkers.Larger randomized clinical trials are still needed to determine the optimum dose,curative effect, and safety of CoQ10 in clinical application.In this paper,we briefly review the application of CoQ10 in cancer therapy.%辅酶Q10广泛存在于机体各组织中,主要参与线粒体中ATP的生成及抗氧化还原作用.肿瘤和非肿瘤疾病中发现了辅酶Q10水平的变化,而且辅酶Q10对许多涉及代谢的基因表达、细胞转运、转录调控、细胞信号转导都有影响,使得辅酶Q10可能成为一个有效的基因调节靶点.许多临床研究发现癌症患者体内的辅酶Q10水平降低,通过辅酶Q10的治疗可降低患者体内肿瘤标志物及炎症物质水平,但目前仍需大量的随机对照试验去进一步证实辅酶Q10对于癌症的治疗效果、安全性及临床上最佳的治疗剂量.本文就辅酶Q10在癌症治疗中的研究进展简要综述.
