人类CX40基因生物信息学分析及其法医学研究意义

             

摘要

Objective To analyze and predict the structure and characteristics of connexin 40gene by bioinformatics in order to guide and discussion the experimental research in the field of the forensic . Methods By using the analyzing tools of bioinformatics in bioinformatics webs site such as NCBI ,Ex-PaSy and combining else complicated bioinformatics software package such as Vector NTI suite was recognized connexin 43 gene and analyze its structure and coding region sequence so as to analyze and predict structure and characteristics of the gene .Results The full gene was 1077 bp in length ,its coding 358 amino acids .The protein with stable physical chemical characteristics ,the molecular weight of adenylate kinase gene was predicted to be 40380 .3Da .It had four transmembrane region and more phosphorylation sites .Conclusion connexin 40 gene is screened from the GenBank of homo .Predict the structure and characteristics by bioinformatical method .And connexin 40 gene were analyzed on the forensic significance .%目的:利用生物信息学方法分析和预测人类CX40(connexin 40)全长基因及其编码蛋白的结构和功能特征,用于指导其生物学功能的实验研究,并探索其在法医学猝死案例中研究的应用前景。方法利用生物信息网站如美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)和瑞士的生物信息学研究所的蛋白分析专家系统(ExPASY)中相关的基因、蛋白的序列和结构信息以及各种分析工具,分析该基因的结构并预测其编码蛋白质的结构和功能特征等。结果该基因全长1077bp ,编码358个氨基酸,含有四个跨膜区,其理论分子量为40380.3Da ,具有较稳定的理化性质。结论应用生物信息方法分析人类CX43基因的功能和结构,有法医学意义。
