枇杷叶多糖水提醇沉法的提取条件优化

To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from loguat leaves,water extract and alcohol precipitate method was employed to extract crude polysaccharide from loguat leaf powder of Zaozhong 6,an orthogonal test was conducted taking solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and temperature as the factors to select the optimum extraction conditions.Results:The optimum extraction conditions included solid-liquid ratio 1:25,extraction temperature 90℃ and extraction time 2 h. Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polysaccharide from loguat leaves reached 21.96 mg/g.%为优化枇杷叶多糖的提取条件，利用水提醇沉法从早钟六号枇杷叶粉末中提取得到粗多糖产品，以料液比、提取时间和温度进行3因素3水平正交试验，确定枇杷叶多糖的最佳提取条件。结果表明，多糖的最佳提取条件为：料液比1∶25，提取温度90℃，提取时间2 h，该条件下，枇杷叶多糖提取量为21．96 mg／g。
