Affective factors play a significant role in language teaching and learning, and anxiety is a key factor. The phe- nomenon of foreign language learning anxiety is ubiquitous and the reason it forms is varied. Poor English condition, lack of active learning state and effective learning methods are the main problems for higher vocational college students. This paper gives some suggestions for lowering English learning anxiety.%情感因素对外语教学的效果有着深刻影响,而其中又以焦虑这一情感因素的作用为甚。外语学习焦虑现象是普遍存在的,形成原因是多种多样的。基础差,缺乏学习主动性和有效的学习方法是高职高专学生英语学习最突出的问题。本文就降低高职高专学生英语学习焦虑提出了一点建议。
