转变教学观念,构建和谐课堂——浅谈教师专业发展的途径

摘要

随着信息化时代的到来,教师专业发展已经成为热点和焦点问题。面对信息化的浪潮,如何在信息技术环境中更好地促进教师专业发展,如何提高教师自身的素养,促进学生的自主全面发展,应是教师本身必须思考的问题。针对教育信息化给教师专业发展带来的挑战与机遇,由此提出信息技术环境下教师专业发展的有关途径,催化教师专业化成长,使教师转变了观念,服务于课堂教学,激活课堂教学,提高教育教学质量。%With the advent of the information age,the professional development of teachers has become a hot spot and focus.The face of the wave of information technology,to better promote the professional development of teachers in IT environment,how to improve teachers' literacy,promote students' autonomy comprehensive development,should the teachers themselves must be thinking.For the challenges and opportunities brought about by the education information to the professional development of teachers,which raised about ways of teacher professional development in the IT environment,catalytic teachers' professional development of teachers to change the concept of service in the classroom teaching,activation of classroom teaching,improve the quality of education and teaching.
