浅谈高三新组建班级的班级文化建设

The construction of class culture plays an important role to create a positive, healthy and progressive class cul- tural environment, and shaping the personality of students, enhance students＇ learning efficiency. Especially for the third year at the new class is a good class cultural construction communicate with teachers and students, students relationship to ease the students pressure to improve learning efficiency can not be missing an important way.%班级文化建设对营造积极、健康向上的班级文化环境，塑造学生人格，提高学生的学习效率有着重要的作用。尤其是对高三新组建班级来说，良好的班级文化建设是沟通师生、生生关系，缓解学生压力提高学习效率的不可缺失的重要途径。
