特岗教师给农村教育带来的影响研究

摘要

Special Post Plan attracted many high quality talents to engage in rural compulsory education. The implementation of Special Post Plan has opened up a new mechanism of rural teachers supplement, promoted the construction of the new rural areas and the balance development of compulsory education. Special post teachers brought changes about educational concept, teaching methods, teaching resources and teacher-student relationship.%特岗教师计划吸引了高素质人才从事农村义务教育，开辟了农村教师补充的新机制，促进了新农村建设和义务教育的均衡发展。本文从教育观念、教学方法、教学资源利用、师生关系四个方面，论述了特岗教师给农村教育带来的影响。
