基于职业生涯规划的高校新生入学教育研究

摘要

Traditional Entrance Education has some limitation in solving the problem of difficulty adaptation.It＇s necessary to put the career planning into the path of University-entrance Education,extend the Entrance Education,create new content and form,which will help freshmen to adapt the new life in university as soon as possible,and train the core competitiveness of students.%传统的新生入学教育方式在解决新生适应问题方面体现出局限性。在就业压力增大的背景下,新生入学教育必须将职业生涯规划教育纳入主要教育路径,延长适应教育时间,创新教育的内容与形式,达到帮助学生尽快适应大学生活,培养学生核心能力与就业竞争力的目的。
