关于高校师德评价体系构建的思考

这篇文章根据教师道德评价的大量文献资料,阐述了教师的道德评价的概念,制定的标准和依据。系统地了解有关高校教师道德评价前提下存在的问题和缺陷,思考高校职业道德评价体系的建设,以为科学合理的教师评价体系的构建提供参考。%In this paper about teachers＇ access to large numbers of moral evaluation based on the document literature,this paper expounds the concept of teachers＇ moral evaluation,and its developing criteria and basis.And in details understanding about the university teachers＇ moral evaluation of the problems and defects in the premise,thinking the construction of university professional ethics evaluation system,so as to provide reference value for the constructing of the scientific and reasonable evaluation system of teachers＇ morality.
