In the new era,China＇s higher education teachers＇ professional include accomplishments ethics training and professional quality training,in terms of both the two must be mutually reinforcing,mutual influence,and to achieve harmonious development in order to promote the professional accomplishments of college teachers,the only way to become a qualified for university teachers.%新时期我国高等学校教师的职业修养主要包括师德修养和专业素质修养两方面,二者必须相互促进,相互影响,并实现和谐发展,才能促使高校教师职业修养的提高,只有这样,才能成为一名合格的高校教师。
