理工科高校加强人文素质教育探讨

摘要

This paper briefly discussed the need for quality education in humanities of science and engineering colleges from the times,develop innovative high-quality personnel and higher education reform and development three aspects,analyzed the current domestic situation and the quality of training institutions to human existence issue,from the humanities education system,the construction of human quality of teachers,campus culture,play a role in student organizations and has taken measures to strengthen the science and engineering humanistic education.%本文从时代发展、培养创新型高素质人才及高等学校改革发展需求三个方面简要论述了理工科院校开展人文素质教育的必要性,分析了目前国内理工科院校人文素质培养现状及存在的问题,提出从人文教育课程体系建设、教师队伍人文素质建设、校园文化建设、发挥大学生社团作用等方面采取措施,加强理工科大学生人文素质教育。
