Teacher merit pay is an important part of American education reform in recent years.At present,China has also gradually built the system of teacher merit pay.Understanding the background and typical modes of the reform of American teacher meirt pay and darwing the exprerice of American merit pay form it has an impotant inspiration and reference to China.%推行教师绩效工资改革是美国近些年来教育改革的重要部分。目前,我国也逐步建立教师绩效工资制度,因此了解美国教师绩效工资改革的背景和典型模式及案例,并总结其经验,对我国有一定的借鉴意义。
