随着我国高等教育的发展，高校学生组织在学生生活及学校文化建设中占有重要的地位。而由于组织性质、组织氛围等因素的不同，高校学生组织成员参与程度也相对应有所不同。本文将以南京某高校为例，选择有代表性的学生组织与学生社团，采用比较研究的方法，将参与程度区分出参与动机、参与强度与参与效果三个维度，进而探索影响学生个体在组织中参与程度的因素。本文认为，组织性质和组织承诺会影响学生的参与动机、强度与效果。权益性组织因组织地位高、获得资源多等原因，在成员的参与动机、强度、效果中均有着积极影响；兴趣性社团则凭借其趣味性及实践性吸引学生参与。%With the development of China's higher education, university student organizations play an important role in stu-dent life and culture in schools. Due to the different nature of the organization, organizational climate and other factors in col-lege, participation of members in the organization are different. This article will be an example of a university in Nanjing, se-lect representative student organizations. This article will distinguish the level of participation into three dimensions of mo-tivation, intensity and effect, and explore the factors affecting students' individual involvement in the organization. This ar-ticle argues that, organizational nature and organizational commitment will affect students' motivation, intensity and effecti-veness. Because of its high organizational status, access to resources and other reasons, equity organizations have a positive impact both in motivation, intensity and effect. The organization of interest with its fun and practicality attracts students to participate.
