孟德斯鸠与卢梭权力观比较

摘要

孟德斯鸠和卢梭同为法国十八世纪的启蒙思想家，他们的思想包括早已成功地融进了法兰西民族乃至全人类的文化智慧宝库中，为人类的思想文化史竖起了一座丰碑。本文对二者思想的主要中的一个方面（权力观）进行了比较分析，主要是从自由平等观和权利保障论两个方面进行了分析论证。%Montesquieu and Rousseau with the French Enlightenment thinkers of the eighteenth century, their thoughts, in-cluding already successfully dissolve the cultural treasure house of the French nation and even the wisdom of mankind, the intellectual and cultural history of mankind erected a monument. In this paper, one aspect of the two main ideas (concept of power) conducted a comparative analysis;the main argument is analyzed from the concept of freedom, equality and protec-tion of the rights on two aspects.
