Food Chemistry as an important specialized basic course of food related major, is at the core position of the curriculum system, the teaching quality and teaching effectiveness is directly related to the quality of talent of food related major. In this paper, we put forward some ideas about the teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching means, experimental teaching and assessment methods of food chemistry from the angle of private universities, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the teaching reform of food chemistry.%食品化学作为食品相关专业的一门重要的专业基础课程,在课程体系中处于核心地位,其教学质量和教学效果直接关系到食品相关专业人才的培养质量。本文从民办本科院校的角度,对食品化学的教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、实验教学、考核方式等方面提出了一些构想,旨在为食品化学的教学改革提供一定的理论参考。
