“国培计划”实施中云南省中小学教师培训需求探究--以西南大学2013年教师短期集中培训项目为例

The study uses questionnaires in 2013 Vice President compulsory primary and secondary school teachers in the short-term intensive training programs of Southwestern University to investigate. and analyze them through the training content, training methods needs of their own situation, and to enhance the training proposed training unit Contact unit and training between objects, after the establishment of feedback mechanisms and diversified training teachers and other improvements.%本次研究运用问卷调查的方式对西南大学2013年义务教育教师短期集中培训项目的中小学副校长进行调查，通过他们对培训内容、培训方式需求以及自身状况的分析，向培训单位提出了加强培训单位与培训对象之间的联系、建立培训后反馈机制以及多元化师资队伍等改善建议。
