采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,从建立在"距离"基础上凝聚力指数和群体人际吸引的密度等特征的角度,对我校田径运动队的群体凝聚力进行研究,结果显示:我校田径运动队群体建立在"距离"基础上的凝聚力指数为0.663,运动队群体成员之间人际吸引的网络密度是0.3636,人际吸引网络存在两个对凝聚力指数贡献最大的核心人物.认为:体育教师在平常的运动队训练中,对骨干的培养较为成功,运动队的群体凝聚力较大,群体成员之间的相互认同较多,群体较为团结.%Using literature data, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc., from the establishment of the"distance"based on the cohesion of the index and group interpersonal attraction density and other characteristics of the angle of group cohesion I school track and field sports teams were studied, the results show:Our school track and field sports team groups set up in the"distance"based on the cohesion of the index was 0.663, between sports teams group members interpersonal attraction of network density is 0.3636, interpersonal attract the greatest contribution to the network, there are two central figures of cohesion index.
