“翻转课堂”中教师“翻转”之反思

摘要

With the rapid development of information technology, higher vocational education classroom is no longer con-fined to the limited classroom space, the traditional teaching modes can no longer meet the needs of students. But the flipped classroom as a mode of innovative classroom, will gradually replace the traditional classroom teaching. Meanwhile, the tea-chers' roles will also inevitably have a flip. This paper approaches the direction and the role of teachers' conversion in the flipped classroom.%随着信息化技术的快速发展，高等教育的课堂不再仅仅局限于有限的教室空间，传统的教学模式也不再能满足学生的需求。而作为创新教育模式的“翻转课堂”也必将逐步取代传统封闭的课堂教学，与此同时，随之发生变化的还必然有教师角色的“翻转”，本文对教师角色转换的方向和作用作出了探讨。
