艺术院校科研成果转化现状及对策研究

摘要

With the development of the art education in Colleges and universities, the transformation of scientific research achievements in art colleges has become an important subject of higher education. In order to improve the initiative of scientific research and education in Colleges and universities, art institutions should be transformed into social practice in a timely man-ner in terms of personnel service, discipline construction, scientific research and development. In the whole process of educa-tion, the majority of educators should fully recognize the characteristics of scientific research, and further improve the ability of business management in art colleges. Based on the importance of Art Colleges' scientific research achievements, this paper in art colleges and scientific research achievements transformation of ideological value, development status, education strategy to explore, for the majority of educators learn diligently.%随着高校艺术教育事业的发展，艺术院校科研成果的转化成为当前高校教育的重要课题。为了提高高校科研教育的能动性，艺术院校要针对人才服务、学科建设、科研发展等方面，及时将科研成果转化为社会实践。在整体教育流程上，广大教育工作者要充分认识到艺术专业的科研特性，进一步提高艺术院校的业务管理能力。基于艺术院校科研转化成果的重要性，本文针对艺术院校科研成果转化的思想价值、发展现状、教育策略进行探究，供广大教育工作者借鉴查考。
