地方高校青年教师发展存在的问题及对策研究

摘要

随着我国高校的扩招，各高校的办学规模空前扩大，各地方高校为了解决师资短缺的问题，引进了大量的青年教师。地方高校青年教师的发展直接关系到地方高校的教育教学水平和人才培养质量，因此，研究地方高校青年教师发展存在的问题，并采取相应的对策促进地方高校师资队伍的发展具有重要的意义。%With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, an unprecedented expansion of universities and in order to solve the problem of shortage of teachers, local universities introduce a large number of young teachers. The development of young teachers is directly related to educational teaching level and talent’s training quality in local universities. Therefore, research on the existing problems of the development of young teachers in local colleges and take corresponding measures to promote the development of local university teacher troops is of important significance.
