In order to get the information of New Zealand's early childhood service's experiences and barriers in supporting infants and toddlers to become competent and confident communicators and explorers, the Education Review Office(ERO) launched education reviews in 235early childhood services during term 1 and 2 of 2014 and released this evaluation report. By introducing excellent experiences for the poor services can enhance the level of whole nation in this field, and lay the founda-tion for the growth of New Zealand's new generation.%为了解新西兰的早教机构在发展婴幼儿交流与探索能力方面所取得的成果与不足之处,新西兰教育审查办公室在2014年1至2学期对235家儿童早教机构进行了实地考察和评估,并发布该审查报告。该报告旨在介绍好的经验为尚存不足的机构提供借鉴,以期使全国的早教机构在发展婴幼儿交流与探索能力方面得到进一步的发展,为新西兰新一代的健康成长奠定基础。
