伴随着终身学习理念的推动和呼唤，数字化学习作为一种新型的现代学习方式，已被越来越多教育者和学习者所青睐，本文主要从技术发展、理念更新和优势凸显等三个方面来分析数字化学习产生和发展的原因，同时进一步分析数字化学习的核心要素及其对建设学习型城市的意义。%With a concept of life-long study and call for the development of digital learning as a new kind of modern learning style, has been favored by more and more educators and learners, this article mainly from the technical development, the idea renewal and advantages highlighted three aspects to analyze the cause and development of digital learning, at the same time, further analysis the core elements of digital learning and its significance to the construction of the learning-type city.
