基于能力培养的发酵工程课程教学改革与实践

Fermentation engineering which is the core course of biotechnology, requires practical ability training as a guide based on personnel training programs and curriculum standards.By optimizing teaching contents, reforming teaching methods, and by reforming classroom teaching, practice and experiment teaching method, to realize the combination of theory and prac-tice, to improving the practice and innovation ability of students.%发酵工程作为生物技术专业核心课程，依据人才培养方案和课程标准要求应以实践能力培养为导向。通过优化教学内容，改革课程教学方式，结合课堂教学、实习、实验教学方式的改革，实现理论、实验与生产实践的有机链接，促进学生社会实践能力和创新能力的提高。
