解析PBL临床教学中教师教学观念转变及角色定位

         

摘要

在临床PBL教学中教师的定位是导演,学生是主演;教师转变传统教学观念及方法,对达成以学生为主体、问题为中心的核心目的,体现PBL在教学内涵、目的、形式、评估、效果等诸多方面的优势至关重要。PBL过程中教学相长,相辅相成,教师是学习者,也是合作者。高瞻远瞩,一专多能,教师应具备教育国际化的眼光和能力,注重全面素质提高。%In the PBL clinical teaching, teachers’ role is director and students are main performers. It is significantly important of teachers’ transformation of their traditional teaching concepts and methods to achieve the core objective of students-oriented and problem-based education, and to show the advantage of PBL in teaching connotation, objective, mode, evaluation, and results etc. In PBL teaching process, teaching benefits both teachers and students alike. Teachers are learners, meantime, teachers are copartners. With great foresight and all-round knowledge and ability while specializing in one field, teachers are expected to have the vision of education internationalization and focus on the improvement of overall quality.
