区域动脉灌注化疗联合放疗对低位直肠癌保肛手术的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the impact of regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for low colorectal cancer and anal sphincter preservation surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of 84 cases of colorectal cancer patients with low from March 2009 to March 2012 I was admitted to hospital surgical oncology, where regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy after surgery group, 42 patients(A group), directly with the same period of lower colorectal cancer surgery group, 42 patients (group B) were compared, surgical cases were observed, complications, postoperative recovery and after 1 year follow-up the case.Results A, B two tumor radical resection rate was 92.8%(39/42) and 76.19%(32/42), anal sphincter preservation rate was 85.7%(36/42) and 57.14%(24/42). Place between the two groupsP<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The regional arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy can signiifcantly improve colorectal cancer and anal sphincter preservation rate low, and no adverse impact on perioperative complications.%目的：分析区域动脉灌注化疗联合放疗对低位直肠癌保肛手术的影响。方法回顾分析2009年3月至2012年3月我院肿瘤外科收治的84例低位直肠癌患者，其中区域动脉灌注化疗联合放疗后再手术组42例（A组），与同期低位直肠癌直接手术组42例（B组）进行对照，观察两组患者手术情况，并发症、术后恢复情况及术后1年随访情况。结果 A、B两组肿瘤根治性切除率分别为92.8%（39/42）及76.19%（32/42），保肛率为85.7%（36/42）及57.14%（24/42）。两组之间进行比较P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论区域动脉灌注化疗联合放疗可明显提高低位直肠癌的保肛率，而对围手术期并发症等无不良影响。
