DPPH法测定新疆磨合烟的抗氧化活性

摘要

利用紫外分光光度仪,通过DPPH方法对新疆磨合烟提取物的抗氧化活性进行了研究。以Vc为对照,IC50值作为评价试样清除自由基能力为指标,建立了新疆磨合烟提取物抗氧化活性的测定方法,结果表明：通过与Vc对自由基的清除率进行比较,经酸提回流法处理的新疆磨合烟具有较好的抗氧化活性,该实验为新疆磨合烟的应用及抗乙酰胆碱酯酶的药理作用的进一步研究提供了依据。%The antioxidant activity of Xinjiang Mohe Tobacco was studied with DPPH method in UV spectrophotometer.The method in scavenging free radicals was established through evaluating the ability for scavenging free radicals of the extract of Xinjiang Mohe Tobacco with Vc in control while IC50 as index.Though the comparison of the ability for scavenging free radicals between the extract of Xinjiang Mohe Tobacco and Vc,the extract through acid solution reflux was more stronger.The experiment may provide basis for the further investigation in pharmacological effects of anti-acetylcholinesterase and application of Xinjiang Mohe Tobacco.
