应用型化学化工类人才培养体系改革探索

摘要

Combined the demand of talent in chemistry and chemical industries for the North Bay area and the current training model of talent in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Qinzhou University , the required expertise of local enterprise and the current knowledge system were optimized.The optimum was carried out with the aim to train local applied chemical talent.Herein, a series of research were finished in the field of the design of theory course, the revision of experimental curriculum, the design of practice curriculum, etc.The targeted reform was carried out.These suggestions would play a significant role in the application -oriented teaching and learning activities.%结合北部湾地区化学化工类产业对人才的需求和钦州学院现在的化学化工类人才培养模式，以培养服务地方的应用型化学化工类人才为目标，将企业所需的专业知识和目前的知识体系进行了优化整合。在理论课程设置、实验课程内容修订、实践课程的设计、选修课的开设等方面进行了系列调研，总结并提出了针对性的应用型人才培养教学改革意见，将对应用型教学活动的开展具有指导意义。
