研究黄曲霉毒素 B1的荧光特性,建立有效的溶剂体系可提高黄曲霉毒素 B1荧光痕量分析方法的灵敏度,有助于降低黄曲霉毒素 B1对人类健康和生命的威胁。本文采用荧光扫描方法研究β-环状糊精、甲醇和乙腈对黄曲霉毒素 B1荧光强度的影响。结果显示:β-环状糊精与黄曲霉毒素 B1可以形成复合物而增强其荧光强度;但是在 AFB1/β-环状糊精复合物水溶液中加入甲醇或乙腈可减小其荧光强度。%The study on the fluorescence property of aflatoxin B1 ( AFB1) was beneficial to establish effective solvent system to improve the sensitivity of fluorescence-based trace analysis for AFB1, which has been contributed to reduce the threaten to human health and life. Influences of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), methanol and acetonitrile on the fluorescence property of AFB1 were studied by fluorescence scanning method. The results revealed that β-CD induced a high fluorescence enhancement on AFB1 in aqueous solution due to forming complexes. The reduction of fluorescence intensity of inclusion complex caused by adding methanol or acetonitrile in AFB1 aqueous solution was observed.
