UPLC-MS/MS法测定牛奶中普鲁卡因青霉素G残留量

     

摘要

UPLC-MS/MS quantification of Penicillin G Procaine was built in milk. Qualitative analysis was performed with electrospray ionization in positive mode ( ESI) under multiple reaction monitoring ( MRM) mode. There spiked concentration levels of 1. 0 μg/kg, 3. 0 μg/kg, 5. 0 μg/kg were set for the determination of the recovery. The result showed that procaine quantification with UPLC-MS/MS had a linear relationship in the range of 1. 0~20. 0 ng/mL. The average recoveries of the three spiked concentration levels were in the range of 94. 6% ~101. 1% with RSD of 1. 3% ~2. 1% at 1. 0~5. 0 μg/kg (n=6). The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, which can meet the detection requirements of Penicillin G Procaine residues in milk.%建立一种UPLC-MS/MS法(超高压液相色谱-串联质谱法)测定牛奶中普鲁卡因青霉素G的快速方法。采用正离子电离模式和MRM扫描模式。设置1.0,3.0,5.0μg/kg 3个加标水平,测定加标回收率。结果表明利用UPLC-MS/MS检测的普鲁卡因青霉素G在1.0~20.0 ng/mL的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系。3个加标水平的加标回收率为94.6~101.1%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.1%,检出限为1.0μg/kg。该方法快速,灵敏,准确,可满足普鲁卡因青霉素G残留量的测定。
