樟芝的研究进展

摘要

Antrodia cinnanomea, a highly valued polypore mushroom native only to Taiwan , has been traditionally used as a medicine.It has the effect to counteract poison , protect liver and anti-cancer, raise immunity dint.The present studies on pharmaceutical characters , components and functions , pharmacological and toxicological effects , and production research were reviewed .And its development and application were also prospected .%樟芝是我国台湾地区独有的高价值真菌物种，具有解毒、保护肝脏、抗肿瘤和提高机体免疫力作用，一直以来作为传统药物使用。本文综述了樟芝三萜化合物、多糖和多酚类物质等主要化学组分的研究进展，并对其相应生物学保健功能、药理学效应及毒理作用以及固体发酵和液态发酵生产技术等方面的最新研究进展情况做了系统介绍，并对其开发和应用前景做了展望。
