METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANTRODIA CINNAMOMEA COFFEE BEANS, AND ANTRODIA CINNAMOMEA COFFEE BEANS PREPARED BY USING METHOD

A method for producing Antrodia cinnamomea coffee beans, and Antrodia cinnamomea coffee beans prepared by using the method. A culture method for producing Antrodia cinnamomea coffee beans is provided. The method is suitable for propagating or producing a small or large amount of funguses and can be applicable to growth of most of funguses. The method comprises the steps: soaking Cinnamomum kanehirai hay in water, and generating, by means of long time soaking, Antrodia cinnamomea in water by using multiple thalluses parasitized on the Cinnamomum kanehirai hay, and forming a water solution; take out the water solution and placing the water solution into a container, and soaking the raw coffee beans in the water solution comprising the Antrodia cinnamomea for several days; taking out the coffee beans and placing the coffee beans into another container; keeping the container in a normal temperature for 1 to 2 months; and taking out the coffee beans, processing and baking the coffee beans to form Antrodia cinnamomea coffee beans. The method also comprises the steps: placing nutrients of five cereals into the water solution, so as to further culture the Antrodia cinnamomea, and increase the number of the Antrodia cinnamomea in water. The Antrodia cinnamomea coffee beans prepared by using the method comprise Antrodia cinnamomea produced by means of fungus propagation.
