食品专业人才培养方式探索与创新

     

摘要

Aiming at the shortcomings of the cultivation of Food Science,three major reform initiatives were put forward.The first was the innovation of classroom teaching mode.Universities should attach importance to the training of students' autonomy,independence and creativity and create the guiding teaching atmosphere.The second was to pay more attention to cultivate the practice ability of students.Teachers should implement open experiment to improve the students' practical ability and practical skill.The last one was to create a team of outstanding teachers and enhance the educational level of food science fundamentally.Combined with the actual needs of the modern society for the food industry,a beneficial exploration and reasonable suggestions on the training mode of food professionals were discussed.%针对目前高校食品专业培养方式的不足,提出了的三大改革创新举措:一是创新课堂教学方式,重视对学生的自主性、独立性和创造性的培养,营造引导式的教学氛围;二是加强实践教学,实施开放型实验和实训,提高学生动手能力和实践技能;三是创建优秀教师团队,从根本上提升食品专业教育水平.论文结合现代社会对食品行业人才的实际需求,对食品专业人才培养模式进行了有益的探索和合理的建议.
