早期自然流产胎儿绒毛细胞培养及染色体核型分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨早期自然流的原因及流产胎儿绒毛染色体核型检查的意义.方法 应用长期培养法对60例早期自然流产的胎儿绒毛组织进行绒毛细胞培养,并对培养成功的绒毛细胞制备染色体及核型分析.结果 60例自然流产的绒毛组织中绒毛细胞培养成功56例(93.3%),56例中检出异常核型32例(57.1%),其中常染色体三体16例、多倍体6例、嵌合体6例、性染色体单体2例、结构异常2例;正常核型24例(42.9%),其中男性核型5例、女性核型19例.结论 胚胎染色体异常是早期自然流产的主要原因,早期流产胎儿绒毛染色体检查有利于查明流产的原因,合理指导下次妊娠.%Objective To study the cause of early spontaneous abortion and the value of chromosomal karyotype analysis of the chorionic villus samples. Methods The chorionic villus specimens that were obtained through 60 cases of early spontaneous abortion were cultured for karyotype analysis. Results Of the 60 cases ,chorionic villus was successfully cultured in 56 cases( 93.3% ),and abnormal embryo karyotypes were identified in 32 cases( 57.1% ). 16 cases were antosomal triploid ,6 case were multiplod, 6 cases were mosaic, 2 cases were sexual chromosome abnormalitie, and 2 cases were structural aberrations ;normal karyotypes were identified in 24 cases( 42.9% ),5 cases were males and 19 cases were females. Conclusion Embryo chromosomal abnormality is a major cause of early spontaneous abortion, and karyotype analysis of the villus helps identify the causes of abortion and ensure the success of the next pregnancy.
