Inhibitory effects of Beauveria bassiana strain S1-7 on pathogens Lasiodiplodia theobromae causing die back of Eucalyptus spp.were determined under different conditions by mycelium growth rate method.Re-sults showed that the inhibition rate was the highest when culture temperature was 28℃,the incubation time was 20 d,the pH value was from 7.0 to 8.0,and medium glucose,protein peptone and yeast powder content were 40 g/L,20 g/L and 20 g/L,respectively.In addition,the fermentation broth had little influence on in-hibitory effect when the high temperature was under 60℃for 4 hours,but inhibition rate decreased signifi-cantly when the temperature was higher than 60 ℃. The UV irradiation had little influence on the inhibition rate of the fermentation broth.%采用菌丝生长速率法测定了不同条件下白僵菌菌株S1-7发酵液对桉树枝枯病菌可可毛色二孢(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)抑制作用的影响.结果表明,抑菌率最高的培养条件:温度为28℃,培养时间20 d,pH值7.0~8.0,培养基中葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母粉含量分别为40、20、20 g/L.此外,60℃以下高温处理发酵液4 h对抑制作用影响不大,温度高于60℃抑菌率显著降低;紫外线照射对发酵液的抑菌率影响不大.
