快速检测技术在食品监测中的研究进展

摘要

快速检测技术与传统检测方法相比,具有检测时效快、检测方法简单等优点,其在保障食品安全中起到非常重要的作用。文章重点叙述了食品中化学有害物质、微生物、农药残留、重金属离子的快速检测技术的研究进展。%Compared to traditional detection technique,rapid detection technique has advantage of short detection time and simple method.And it plays an important role in ensuring food safety.In the paper,the research progress of rapid detection technique about baneful chemical substance,microorganism,pesticide leftover as well as heavy metal ion in the food was recited.
