工匠精神背景下药学'双师型'教师队伍建设探究

在现代工匠精神背景下,"双师型"教师队伍建设是加强高职院校内涵建设的关键内容之一,也是高职院校培养能工巧匠的重要前提,更是高职院校职业教育特色的显著体现.为了建设一支综合素质高、技术能力强的"双师双能型"教师队伍,本文对"双师型"教师队伍建设过程中的若干问题进行了初步的分析,并对解决此类问题的策略和途径进行探究.%Under the background of modern craftsmanship, the construction of "double-qualified" teachers is one of the key contents to strengthen the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
