微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中的砷和汞

         

摘要

采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法同时测定蔬菜中的砷和汞,结果表明:砷、汞标准溶液浓度分别在0~32 μg/L、0~3.2 μg/L范围内线性良好;砷、汞检出限分别为0.13 μg/L、0.10 μg/L;砷、汞样品加标回收率分别在95.5 %~99.6 %、77.0 %~110.8 %之间;该法操作简便,重现性较好,能满足蔬菜中砷和汞的测定要求.%A process of microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometer for simultaneously determine As and Hg in vegetables, results show:this method had an excellent linear dependence relation in the concentration range of As 0~32 μg/L and Hg 0~3.2 μg/L; the detection limits for As and Hg were 0.13 μg/L, 0.10 μg/L respectively; the recovery for As was in the rang of 95.5 %~99.6 % and 77.0 %~110.8 % for Hg;this method was simple operation and favorable reproduction, which can met the accuracy requirement of the determination of As and Hg in vegetables.
