气相色谱法测定冬青油中苯酚的含量

摘要

建立了冬青油中苯酚的气相分析方法.采用DB-5MS(30m×320μm×1.80μm)毛细管柱气相分离,FID检测器测定含量,用保留时间定性,外标法定量,苯酚的浓度与其对应的峰面积之间的线性关系良好.该方法结果线性范围为0.67~25.2mg/L,最低检出限为0.1mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.88%,平均加标回收率为100.4%.%An analysis method for the determination of phenol in methyl salicylate was established by gas chromatography.Using DB-5MS (30 m×320 μm×1.80 μm) capillary column gas phase separation,determination of the content of FID detector,with retention time qualitative,quantified by external standard method,the linear relationship between the peak area of compound concentration corresponding to the good.This method results in the range of 0.67~25.2 mg/L.The lowest detection limit was 0.1 mg/L .the relative standard deviation is 0.88%,the average recovery is 100.4%.
