First, the genomic DNAs were extracted from soybean samples with Kit method. Second, the DNA were amplified to verify the integrity. Then the DNA were used as templates in PCR method to detected the CaMV35S promoter and NOS terminator, which two are commonly used in genetically modified food (GMF). The results showed that the ratio of genetically modified soybean in the samples is 80 %.
