胶体金快速定量法检测粮食中玉米赤霉烯酮

摘要

This test uses an enzyme-based acceptor competing reactions of colloidal gold rapid quantitative method for feasi-bility corn,wheat and rice in the determination of ZEN analyzes and identification systems.The results showed that the method is simple,fast detection speed,low cost and good specificity,rapid quantitative determination of corn,wheat and rice in ZEN and suitable acquisitions in the field of food and primary laboratory widely used.%采用基于酶受体竞争反应的胶体金快速定量法,对玉米、小麦和稻谷中玉米赤霉烯酮测定的可行性进行了系统的分析和鉴定.结果表明:该方法操作简单、检测速度快、成本低、特异性好,能快速定量测定玉米、小麦和稻谷中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量,适合在粮食收购现场和基层实验室推广使用.
