基于近红外光谱技术快速检测中药制剂中马兜铃酸含量的实验研究

         

摘要

目的 研究近红外光谱(NIRs) 技术结合化学计量法构建定性、定量分析模型对中药制剂中的马兜铃酸进行检测.方法 应用NIRs结合主成分分析法(PCA) 对关木通、川木通以及含有不同浓度的马兜铃酸I的淀粉样本进行定性分析.采用NIRs结合偏最小二乘法(PLS) 对仿中药制剂样品中马兜铃酸I的含量进行定量分析, 用6种预处理方法对光谱图进行优化, 建立仿中药制剂样品定量分析模型.结果 定性分析模型具有100%判别率, 并找到了最优的SG卷积平滑二阶预处理方法, 确立了定量分析模型.结论 NIRs技术可为中药制剂中马兜铃酸含量的检测提供一种准确、易行、成本低、适用性广的新方法.%Objective To use near infrared spectrum (NIRs) technology to construct the qualitative and quantitative models for detecting aristolochic acid concentrations in traditional Chinese preparations.Methods The NIRs combined with principal component analysis (PCA) was employed to conduct the qualitative analysis and the NIR spectra combined with partial least squares (PLS) was used to quantitatively analyze the concentrations of aristolochic acid in the imitative traditional Chinese preparation samples via employing six pretreatment methods.Results The accuracy rate of the qualitative model was up to 100%, and the Savitzky-Golay second derivative preparing method was identified to be the best one to achieve the quantitative model.Conclusion The NIR spectroscopy can provide an accurate, convenient, low cost, and widely applicable method for the detection of the content of aristolochic acid in the traditional Chinese preparations.
