通过分析油茶枝的营养成分及其抗氧化特性,为油茶枝资源在茶薪菇液体培养上的利用提供依据.结果表明:油茶枝总酚提取水提法优于醇提法.油茶枝含有丰富水溶性酚类物质、矿物质等营养成分,当油茶枝水溶性总酚浓度为79.13 μg·mL-1,对卵黄脂蛋白不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)过氧化的抑制率约为52,81%,对邻苯三酚体系超氧阴离子的清除率约为10.53%.%To use Camellia oleifera branch in liquid culture for Agrocybe chaxingu Huang, the water soluble and ethanol extracted nutritive components of C. oleifera, were analyzed on their anti-oxidation. The results showed that total soluble phenolic content was higher in water extraction than in ethanol extraction. The water extraction of C. oleifera branch powder was rich in water-soluble phenolic compound, minerals and other nutrients. With UV/ Vis analyses, the content of water soluble phenolic compounds in C. oleifera branch powder was 79. 13μg o mL~1 , its inhibition for peroxidation was 52. 81% in egg yolk lipoprotein unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) system, 10. 53% for superoxide radical scavenging.
