地域建筑与酒文化——沱牌曲酒酒文化体验中心特色风貌设计

摘要

中国的酒文化具有悠久的历史并且带有明显的地域性,文章拟以在挖掘沱牌酒文化,配合旅游开发,结合地域文化,将酒文化融入特色建筑风貌的设计和场所的营造。通过设计过程中建筑空间与酒文化的有机结合,实现地域文脉的传承及场所再现,让游客能真切深入体验沱牌曲酒的悠久的发展历程,优良的酿造文化及品酒文化以及酒所衍生的附属文化。%Chinese wine culture have a long history and obvious regional characteristic,the article is intended to excavate the wine culture of Tuopai,combining with tourism development and local culture,then bring the wine culture into the unique architectural style design and create places.Through combination of architectural space and wine culture in the process of design,to achieve cultural heritage and place reappearance,so that visitors can truly and deeply experience the long development history,excellent brewing culture,wine culture,and subsidiary culture from wine culture of Tuopai Liquor.
