枳椇果梗营养功能与加工利用

摘要

枳椇是我国一种优良的野生或半野生食物资源，枳椇果实由枳椇子和肉质膨大的果梗组成。对枳椇果梗的营养特性、功能组分以及加工利用的研究现状进行综述，以期为枳椇资源的综合利用和枳椇果梗深入研究开发提供参考。%Hovenia is a wild or half wild tree widely distributed in our country .Ripe Hovenia fruit is composed of rounded seeds and fleshy peduncles .The nutritional quality ,functional components and utilization of Hovenia pe‐duncles were reviewed in this article with the purpose to provide reference for further study on the comprehensive u‐tilization of Hovenia and the further development of the peduncles .
